As the Employee Campaign Coordinator for your company campaign, you are tasked to run a successful employee effort by raising more money and increasing your base of donors. One way to give a significant boost to your campaign is to seek out employees who have the potential to contribute at a higher level than the average donor. Those who contribute at the Leadership level receive special recognition in ArtsWave printed materials and on our web site and are honored at a special Leadership event. Plus, Leadership donors can opt to receive all the benefits of the ArtsWave Fun Card.

Emphasizing these benefits in a letter from your CEO to selected employees or in talking points when coworkers ask you about giving a gift can go a long way to increasing the number of your company's Leadership Level donors.

Use the Three-Year "Step-Up" Program as a way to encourage employees to ease into the leadership level of $1,500 or get to the next leadership level.

Remind employees that they can combine their gift with that of their spouse for recognition at the Leadership Level.
